How we find your home.
The Real Conversation
Before we begin touring, we talk. What do you actually need? What's non-negotiable? What are you flexible on? Where do you want to live? Once we have a plan, we have a path forward.
Get Pre-Approved
I'll connect you with lenders I trust; local folks who know the industry and understand your unique situation. Knowing your purchasing power changes everything about how we search.

Start Touring
This is the fun part! You might fall in love with the first home you see or still be looking at number forty. I’ll be there to point out the features worth noticing, the potential problems, and the things you may want to investigate further before deciding whether a home is right for you.
Offer Strategy
Portland’s market requires smart offers, not simply high ones. I’ll analyze comparable properties, look at the bigger picture, and help you understand where we have room to negotiate. Together, we’ll build an offer that makes sense for the home, the market, and your goals, without overpaying.
Inspection & Due Diligence
Once your offer is accepted, it’s go time. We’ll get inspections scheduled and determine whether additional testing for radon, mold, old oil tanks, or sewer issues is needed. I’m onsite for every inspection and will help you understand what we find. From there, I’ll negotiate repairs or credits on your behalf and keep your interests protected throughout the process.
Close with Confidence
I stay on top of every deadline, coordinate with lenders and title, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You show up to sign, not to stress.

First Time Homebuyers Guide
Portland's market has quirks that catch first-time buyers off guard. Underground oil tanks, Oregon's new buyer agency rules, flood plain disclosures, and a competitive offer process all deserve a closer look. This guide walks you through the process in plain language.
