South Waterfront

South Waterfront is Portland's newest and most modern neighborhood — a planned development along the Willamette River south of downtown, with high-rise condos, a riverside greenway, and the aerial tram connecting it to OHSU on the hill above. It's Portland's most contemporary neighborhood, with architecture and amenities that feel more like Seattle or Vancouver than the craftsman-heavy rest of the city.
